We advise to the best of our knowledge on pre-purchase of land and the style of house that would suit. We prepare concept design to suit your budget, the area and the size of block. We do all the selections and site analysis before providing you the quote. This allows us to give you an estimate of final price when you sign your contract.
Our expert team provides Interior Design and selection advice on materials, finishes, bathroom fittings, paint colours, tiles, windows and kitchen appliances etc.
We arrange full site clearance and demolition of existing house if required. Our construction process includes full Supervision and organisation of all stages of the work with regular site visits to make sure all is done in accordance to the documents and the Australian Standards.
